Keturn CEO Hub

Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

PLT Concrete & Construction operates Keturn CEO Hub, a private business operations workspace for construction leaders. This policy explains how we handle information when you use CEO Hub or connect a third-party service.

Information we collect

Account information. We receive your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication information from Clerk when you sign in.

Workspace information. We process information you or authorized members add to CEO Hub, such as contacts, projects, obligations, communications, documents, quotes, notes, and preferences.

Connected-service information. If you choose to connect a service, CEO Hub may access and store the data needed for the enabled features. Depending on the service, this can include Google account email, Gmail messages and attachments, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, Microsoft mail, calendar, files and notes, and accounting or project records.

Operational information. Our hosting and application systems may process request, error, security, and audit logs needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot CEO Hub.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide tenant-scoped CEO Hub features, synchronize enabled integrations, organize business records, generate internal summaries and action suggestions, maintain audit and security controls, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. CEO Hub may send relevant content to an AI service provider to produce enabled internal features. AI output is validated and remains subject to the product's human-approval controls where required.

Google user data

CEO Hub accesses Google user data only after you authorize the requested permissions and only to provide the Google-connected features you enable. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

We disclose Google user data only with your consent when necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features you enable, for security purposes, or when required by law. Human access is limited to cases where you affirmatively agree to the review of specific data, access is necessary for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated and used for permitted internal operations.

CEO Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We share information with authorized members of your CEO Hub workspace and with providers that support authentication, hosting, database storage, AI processing, communications, and integrations. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to us. We may also disclose information to protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or comply with law. A transfer of Google user data as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets would occur only with explicit prior user consent. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide CEO Hub, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting an integration stops future synchronization and removes its locally stored connection credentials, but information previously imported into the workspace may remain until it is deleted under our retention process. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted connections, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

You can disconnect supported integrations from CEO Hub and can revoke Google access from your Google Account connections. You may also contact us about your privacy choices or to request access, correction, or deletion.

Children and policy changes

CEO Hub is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy here and revise its effective date.
